On Chesil Beach -- Audiobook

Ian McEwan reads his latest novel On Chesil Beach in this 4 CD, unabridged audiobook produced by Random House Audio. In addition to hearing the book in McEwan's own voice, listeners are treated to an excellent interview with the author conducted by John Mullan, Professor of English at University College London. The conversation deals primarily with the novel, and McEwan discusses the story's conception, various drafts, themes, and imagery. He also clarifies certain aspects about the characters -- issues that were subtly hinted at in the novel.

I am not sure if this is the correct place to leave my comment as it really is about "The Daydreamer"
I first read the book many years ago and have read it countless times to pupilsin the many primary schools I have taught.
I have given so many copies away as I feel it is without a doubt the best book I have ever read to children.
It also has so many recollections of my own youth!

Great stuff!
